Everyone who has visited the town of Split, Croatia, between 2019 when the hotel was built, and today must have noticed this contemporary architectural project at the famous Split beach. Briig Boutique Hotel has 62 outstanding rooms and comfortable suites, each with a stunning view of the coastline. The entire project has begun with a clear philosophy from the investors and the architectural team whose goal was to offer the guests something unique, new, and exciting. Briig stands out with its design and functionality which tells its one-of-a-kind cosmopolitan story. Digitalization was part of this project from the very beginning: technology is integrated into the very design of the hotel as the crucial party of the philosophy and brand.

Through the basic principles on which Briig was created, the selection of the digital products resulted in Hoteza HotPad in-room tablets app and Hoteza Mobile app which allows guests to use all the services uninterrupted through their entire stay – not only inside the hotel, but the destination at large. From food ordering to booking restaurant seats or even SPA treatments, to the seamless communication with the hotel staff – every guest can clearly find all things they might want, and all the things hotel is prepared to offer.

Alongside the interactive and functional advantages of using technology for direct guest communication, Briig team recognized an opportunity to take a step closer to their sustainability goals, so they decided to display all the necessary and important information on their in-room tablet solution. This helped them with their own mission, but also helped them become the first hotel with a special approval from the Ministry that uses no printed materials in their rooms.
